Five Grappling Championships

Yesterday I competed in Five Grappling Championships inaugural event for the 2014 season here at Cal State Domiguez Hills. The setup for the event was second to none and customer service was excellent. Some things need to be worked on but you can't control everything while running a big tournament. I'm sure the staff over at Five Grappling will do everything they can to better their event and continue to push the sport of grappling and Brazilian jiu-Jitsu forward like they are. 

   Back to myself. I competed in the adult middleweight division against a very game opponent from Checkmat BJJ. Our match went the duration of the time limit and I was the victor by points. 17-0 

 All in all Fives event was good and I look forward to once again stepping on their mats in the future.

My dad and my adapted father Doc James for taking care of me and pushing me to be a better person on and off the mat. Last but not least my fam my big bro Lucky Lou. All the countless knowledge and wisdom you dropped and given me will not be wasted fam and will continue to guide my thoughts and life day in day out brotha!!!! Love ya big bro.
